Terms and Conditions
All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Enteritis, Feline Leukaemia and Cat Flu. Owners must present a valid certificate of vaccination at the time of admission, otherwise the cat will be refused boarding and full payment for the accommodation will be due. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission of any guest showing signs of ill health.
Guests are boarded at their owner's risk and whilst every care will be taken, Meadow Cat Hotel shall not be liable for the illness, injury or death of any animal in its care. In the event that your cat needs veterinary attention, we will first endeavour to contact your own vet, otherwise use our own designated vet if this should not prove possible. All examinations, investigations, and treatments will be at the owner's expense. We will dispense any prescribed treatments that the vet considers advisable.
We will administer oral medication in food for those cats that are amenable to the medication without presenting a danger to our staff. Medication will be administered up to twice daily at, or around, 7a.m and 7p.m.
Please ensure that your cat's flea and worming treatments are up to date for their stay.
Check-in and check-out
We open for arrivals and departures between 10am and 12 noon from Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.
For those customers that can't reach us during our usual opening hours, we also open during weekday evenings between 6pm and 7pm, as well as Sunday mornings between 10am and 12 noon, by prior appointment so we know to make ourselves available.
Our check-out time is midday. Evening departures will incur the cost of that night's stay.

Payment and cancellation
Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost will be due at the time of booking. The remainder, including incidental costs such as the Gourmet menu, will be due at check-out.
Cancellations may be made at least 7 calendar days before the arrival date, otherwise full payment for the accommodation will be due.
In the unlikely event that your cat has not been collected within 14 days of the planned check-out date, without satisfactory communication from the owner, the cat will become the property of Meadow Cat Hotel.
